Hi Everybody!

We wanted to write you a little note about our beloved blogshop. Well, we started Sweetwrapper since March 2007. Sweetwrapper was created out of our passion for shopping online.

This all started out as a hobby. We love coming up with apparels from different sources that we’ve found. We believe in delivering a good product to our customer so that they can enjoy and benefit from buying with us. After all, we hope to have happy and loyalty customers! (^ ^)

We will work hard to source for more variety of apparels in the future. Meanwhile, We will organize sprees mainly from Taiwan.

Why is the exchange rate SGD1=TWD20?
As exchange rate fluatuates, this rate is set at SGD1=TWD20.
But please be ensure that the excess from this exchange rate will be used to pay off the payment charges to the seller. Everytime we make a payment to our seller, we have to pay a 'payment processing fee'. Methods of payment fee would varies depending on the various payment method to our seller such as sending cash, online credit card transaction, ezpay, paypal or through a taiwan agent. When excess is unable to cover the payment charges to seller, Sweetwrapper will absorp this charges on behalf of our value customers.

What are the means of distribution?
You may opt between normal or registered postage.
There will be an additional $2.24 for registered postage.

We do not accept refunds or returns when the mistake is held by our supplier. Our supplier may send out your item in the wrong color, material or even a totally different item. However, we will try to prevent such from occuring by double checking with our supplier.

In the case where your item went 'Out of Stock', we will issue a full refund to your bank account via internet transfer.

(f) Discount Codes
(i) Members discount code – Discount codes may from time to time be offered to members; such codes may only be applied to purchases made through the member in respect of which the discount code was offered.
